So I just got back from an all too hideous trip to Canada, wherein my flight got cancelled, my bag lost, my back fractured,
my ego bruised, and my waist wider and wallet slimmer.

I don't really wanna talk about that anymore. Old fuckin news. Today is August 1st...because it's 1am, and I've been
nauseous for three days. No I'm not pregnant (like, for once?) but I'm totally freaking out about the zine not being done
and not knowing exactly how I'm getting down to Athens and nobody telling me one way or the other, and Greg evidently
found us this rad apartment in Toronto but hasn't CALLED me to tell me if I need to FedEx him a check or
something...and I took the commuter train in from the Hamptons this morning and had to stand from Jamaica (not at all
what I expected the tropics to be like?) to Penn Station. I also drank coffee because I thought it was a good early
morning thing to do, like doing myself some sort of corporate favor. Not so. I hate coffee and 64oz. of it hates me too.

My elbows are in desparate need of moisturization and I think I'm getting sick from whatever they are spraying in the air
to make the West Nile virus go away and Donna is still in California.

Grrr!! But I will say this- the zine WILL be done by August 7th at the latest. It WILL boast an amazing hand silkscreened
cover, AND anyone that neglects to buy one will suffer endlessly in purgatory.

That will be all for tonight. Oh, Deirdre has a little boyfriend! Yay for her! All boys under 35 think I'm crazy! Not so yay for
me!! Is it because I read all that Wodehouse and H.L. Mencken? What the? Can I get a witness?
