The Eiffel Martini.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1.5 oz. Smirnoff Vodka (or the vodka of your choice...Belvedere), 1/2 oz. raspberry liqeur and 4 oz. pineapple juice. Shake sharply and strain into a martini glass. Sprinkle with fresh raspberries.

 

 

 

 

The Lake Laveille Lemonade

Rim a tall glass with white sugar. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1.5 oz. Seagram V.O., the juice of 1/4 each fresh lemon and lime and 1/8 oz. grenadine. Shake and strain into the glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon and lime twist.

 

 

 

The Day Dreamer Cocktail

Fill a wine goblet with ice. Add 1 oz. Wiser's Deluze and 1/2 oz. Amaretto. Top with iced tea and garnish with a lemon wedge.

 

The Speyside Soother

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1/2 oz. Drambuie, 1/2 oz. scotch, 1/2 oz. Kahlua, and 3 oz of milk. Shake until frothy and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice (or Elizabeth's mouth). Garnish with a burnt orange twist. Or, if you're me, garnish with 11 more drinks.

 

The Josephine Cocktail

In a tall glass filled with ice, add 1 oz. Chivas Regal, 1/2 oz. Orange liqueur, the juice of 1/8 fresh lime and 4 oz. orange juice. Stir to mix and garnish with lime and orange wheels.
